For the 2025/26 academic year the University of Pavia will offer the Joint Master Degree in European Languages, Cultures and Societies in Contact (LM-38) with a duration of two years.
The student will receive the diploma from each of the Universities where he will attend a semester and take the exams. The award of the degree depends on the accreditation status of the Joint Master Degree in each partner country. The Universities involved in this degree programme are the 8 EC2U Institutions:
The Joint Master Degree in European Languages, Cultures and Societies in Contact (LM-38) has one curriculum and the student must choose to attend each semester in one of the seven EC2U Universities in order to personalize her/his Joint Master Degree study plan.
The uniqueness of this Master is “à la carte” courses from the list provided by each Institution described in details in the European Languages, Cultures and Societies in Contact Handbook. The same University can be chosen for a maximum of 2 semesters, therefore students must study at least in 2 Consortium Institutions. At the University of Pavia, by national law the number of positions for non-EU students is 2. Places that are not filled by non-EU students will be filled by EU applicants.
