Are you interested in the complexity of human behaviour? Would you like to contribute to people's wellbeing and processes of change in our society?
If so, a Master's programme in Psychology might be the right choice for you!
Once you have finished this Master’s specialisation, you will be a psychologist and a behaviour change expert. You will be able to apply empirical and scientific knowledge to practical behaviour change issues, and advise on concrete intervention strategies. You can confidently implement and test the effectiveness of a behaviour change intervention and communicate about the process and goals involved.
Graduates have found work in many different professions, e.g. as prevention expert, information officer, strategist in advertising or marketing companies (both online and offline), communication consultant, researcher, health promoter or policy officer in local, provincial or national government. You could also consider doing a government- or corporate traineeship. Or start your own behaviour change consulting firm or research agency, just like many alumni successfully have done.
