Description:

Whether you wish to specialise in the study of artworks, artefacts, or media, the Art and Visual Culture specialisation will equip you to thoroughly research and analyse visual culture.

At this Master of Arts in Art and Visual Culture, you will be trained in the study and interpretation of objects, images and art-works in a transhistorical, global and inclusive perspective. Combining theoretical and historical approaches, you gain insights in the latest shifts and trends in visual and material studies, which you apply to the rigorous investigation of past and present visual and material cultures.
