Ovidius University of Constanta is the largest European Union university on the Black Sea coast. Our goal is to be recognized as the regional leader in higher education and research, to be the first option of students from the Black Sea region and beyond. The average tuition fees for students from the EU/EEA are 18,600 RON per year, ranging from 13,400 RON to 24,700 RON.
The average tuition fees for students from outside the EU/EEA are 10,800 RON per year, ranging from 3,500 RON to 24,700 RON.
