The Human Resource Counselling program develops key competencies for HR work including management, consulting, psychology and social knowledge. The program nurtures community building skills for bringing people together and facilitating connections.
The programme provides a sound theoretical basis for the students' future careers, combining it with hands-on practice.
The programme is intended for students who plan to pursue a career in HR including management, consulting, psychology and social knowledge. All applicants are evaluated based on their overall ability to contribute to and benefit from the program. We encourage applications from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences.
Application requirements: Bachelor degree from an accredited institution in the relevant field of study of the programme, a demonstrated proficiency in English (B2 or equivalent), a personal statement (motivational letter), a CV, Two recommendations. Applicants are expected to have a minimum of two years of professional work experience in a field relevant to the program. Interview: Applicants may be required to attend an interview, either in person or virtually, as part of the selection process. The interview aims to assess the applicant’s motivations, career aspirations, and suitability for the program.
