Are you working as a formal coach or developing coaching and mentoring skills as part of a teaching, leadership or managerial approach? Are you looking to help people identify and work on their skills, performance, behaviour, development, transition and transformation needs?

• We offer an integral and essential step on the path to establishing the professional credibility and status of coaching and mentoring
• We respect that coaching and mentoring is developmental and not remedial and therefore our provision is supported by values and beliefs akin to coach and mentor education growth and mastery
• Our emphasis is on aspects of coaching and mentoring as the enabler of learning with reflection on own practice to align with wider professional and organisational necessities
• You can work voluntarily with UOD Student Mentoring Scheme and receive additional Mentor Training and additional recognition for this outside your studies
• You can study full-time or part-time, often at weekend workshops, to help you fit around commitments
• Participants can get Student Affiliate Status with the AC during their studies.
