Description:

The multi-disciplinary Transport and Logistics Bachelor´s program with a strong focus on digitalization and international operations, providing up-to-date knowledge, skills and competencies to organize and provide the best transport and logistics services worldwide.

The programmes structure and learning outcomes are based on the main pillars: building students’ competences in sustainable transport; smart logistics solutions; strong development of digital skills with an emphasis on business analytics. Students have the opportunity to learn modern digital methods in logistics and transport using proven EdTech developed by TSI. 

Programme Details:

Guided professional internship in leading Latvian and international logistics companies, supported by professional advice from experts in the field

  • Regular guest lectures, trainings and visits organized by logistics industry representatives from Latvia and abroad
  • The study program includes the acquisition of up-to-date information technology and managerial competences (practical application in transport and logistics)
  • Opportunity to choose specialization starting from the fourth semester: Sustainable Transport Solutions or Smart Logistics Systems
  • The possibility to additionally obtain a Maritime Logistics Management specialization and degree from Hogeschool Zeeland (HZ) University of Applied Sciences, by taking a choice during the 5th study semester
  • Continue your studies in the master’s programme Intelligent Transport and Smart Logistics

Two specializations from TSI:

  • Sustainable Transport Solutions – requires the development of in-depth knowledge and skills in the analysis, organization and management of transportation processes in companies
  • Smart Logistics Systems – ensures the development of knowledge and skills in the organization and management of internal logistics processes in companies and organizations worldwide
  • Additional possibility to obtain a Maritime Logistics Management specialization from Hogeschool Zeeland (HZ) University of Applied Sciences.
