The MSc International and Asian History given by the Department of International History is designed for those who wish to study Asia in a regional perspective, from the 16th century onwards.
This is of value for our understanding of individual countries in Asia, as well as for global flows and interactions.
You will be able to choose from a wide range of specialist courses from the International History Department as well as the Departments of Economic History, Geography, International Development, Government, and Anthropology.
You will engage at an advanced level with the latest academic research in the field, and undertake your own research-based dissertation with an Asian focus.
