The Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Culinary Management is delivered in partnership with the University of Food Technologies (UFT), Plovdiv, combining academic excellence with industry expertise.

Through this collaboration, students gain access to modern teaching methods, practical training in real working environments, and direct interaction with professionals from the food, hospitality, and tourism industries. The program is designed to provide graduates with the knowledge, practical experience, and professional network needed for a successful international career.

Taught entirely in English, the program prepares students for international careers in the food industry, gastronomy, hospitality, tourism, and food innovation. Tuition fees: 

• For EU/NON-EU citizens: Year 1 & 2 – 8300 euro/per year; Year 3 & 4 – 3000 euro/per year.
• For Bulgarian citizens: Year 1 & 2 – 7500 euro/per year; Year 3 & 4 – 3000 euro/per year.
