The CETT-UB University Master’s Degree in Hotel Management prepares professionals to take on leadership responsibilities in key departments, as well as general management positions in hotels, chains, and accommodation projects. Through an applied learning methodology based on real industry challenges, the program integrates strategy, financial analysis, leadership, and decision-making in complex and highly demanding environments.
With the academic support of the University of Barcelona and the professional ecosystem of CETT, the master’s program fosters the development of professionals capable of managing hospitality organizations from a global business perspective, with a results-oriented approach and the ability to adapt to an international market in constant evolution.
CETT-UB develops an applied learning model focused on decision-making in real hospitality management environments. Through business challenges, comprehensive projects, and strategic simulations, students integrate operational, financial, and organizational perspectives, understanding the complexity of hotel management in global contexts. The model is structured around five methodological pillars:

Hospitality professionals aspiring to management and leadership positions: Professionals with experience in hotels or companies in the sector who want to move into higher-responsibility roles, acquiring competencies in strategy, revenue management, financial management, and team leadership.
University graduates with a career path in the hospitality sector: Graduates with professional experience who aim to advance their careers toward management positions in hotels, chains, and international groups.
Executives and managers in the hospitality sector: Active professionals seeking to update and deepen their knowledge in strategic management, revenue optimization, digital transformation, and sustainability in hospitality organizations.
