Hamburg, Germany / Vilnius, Lithuania, 28 November 2016. Study.EU, the gateway to universities in Europe, cooperates with “Study in Lithuania”, the official government initiative, in a campaign to promote the country as a destination for international students.
The campaign will run for 2 weeks and include feature articles about Lithuania, its universities and its international students and alumni. As part of the campaign, Study.EU will also publish complete information about the almost 400 English-taught Bachelor, Master and PhD programmes at Lithuanian universities.
“We are very excited about our cooperation with ‘Study in Lithuania’,” says Study.EU CEO Gerrit Bruno Blöss. “Undeservedly, Lithuania is often overlooked by prospective international students. But Lithuanian universities have a rich, competitive offering, and the tuition fees for non-European students are more affordable when compared to most other European countries. This campaign will do its part to present the country to new generations of students.”
Study.EU is the gateway to universities in Europe. On its web portal, students can access information about study programmes all over Europe. The Hamburg-based company has connected countless students from around the world with European universities, enabling them to pursue the academic path they aspire.
Study.EU closely cooperates with institutions of higher education as well as governmental organisations throughout Europe.
The Education Exchanges Support Foundation (SMPF) is a Lithuanian government agency entrusted with the administration of initiatives that stimulate internationalisation of education, such as Erasmus+. Its initiative “Study in Lithuania” promotes the country as a study destination to foreign students from elsewhere in Europe and the world.
