Sooniversity is an app and platform used by admitted students to connect with their peers at their university - before they arrive.

If you have any technical trouble or questions relating to the use of Sooniversity, please email us at sooniversity a study.eu.

In order for us to be able to help you as soon as possible, please include the following information if available and applicable:

• The question(s) or feedback you have
• The device (i.e. which manufacturer and model) and operating system (iOS or Android, and version number) on which you encounter the issues
• A description of how you encountered the issue, detailing all steps; and whether you can reproduce the issue
• Screenshots, if possible
• Anything else that might be relevant for us to know to assist you
