The aim of the Career Education programme is to educate highly qualified specialists of career education who would acquire the theoretical knowledge of vocational counselling and information, and vocational practicing of (self-) education for career, and practical-research abilities in planning and modelling the process of career (self-) education working with people of different ages, who would apply effective strategies for selection of a profession as well as career development in the context of constantly changing educational and labour market demands both in the public and business sectors. 

In the programme, career education is analysed in various age and social groups, taking into account the needs of workers in different sectors.

Student-oriented learning (teaching) and research-based studies: interactive lecture, literature and document analysis, analysis of video material, students’ practice, reflection on performance, discussion, group work, individual work, scientific research, modeling of real-life situations, role-playing games, self-study.
