📝 Step 2. Complete the Scholarship Application Form

The Unicaf Scholarship Programme was founded to offer gifted, underprivileged students the chance to pursue higher education and reshape their path.

To ensure fairness and thoroughness, each candidate's situation will be reviewed based on:

  • Academic qualifications: Students should meet the entry requirements of the respective programme.
  • Financial ability: They should be in a position to pay the remaining portion of the fees after the scholarship is applied.
  • Country of residence: Different scholarships apply depending on the country of residence of the student.

Unicaf is the way forward for educational achievement and sustainable development in our communities.

👬 Step 3. Get in touch with your adviser

After you submit the application form, one of their highly-trained Student Adviser will get in touch to help you dive into the registration process. Together you will discuss:

  • Your qualifications for the course.

  • The details about the degree.

  • The eligibility criteria.

  • If you want to study only online or at the Unicaf University Campus in Zambia, Malawi or Uganda.

  • The documentation that you will need to provide for your administration. Example: CV, English proficiency tests, transcript of records, letter of recommendation, etc.

  • The level of scholarship you are eligible for.

  • Possible payment plan that suits your budget.

This part of the registration process is only informative, so it is not an issue if you don’t fulfil all the requirements since there is no commitment from your side.

📌 Step 4. Submit all the required documents

Students will have to send all the required documents to determine if their academic qualifications meet the minimum criteria for the respective program or partner.

It's important to note that each university has its own unique set of requirements. But no need to stress! If you have any questions or need guidance, your Student Advisor will be there to assist you throughout the process.

✅ Step 5. Receive final approval

During the final step of the admissions process, the Admissions Officer and the Scholarship Committee will review your application and communicate their decision to you.

Upon receiving approval and embarking on your educational journey, the UNICAF team will continue to be at your side on every step of the way. Their commitment remains steadfast in ensuring your success throughout your studies.
