Description:

Rapid political, economic, social and technological changes are taking place across the world. New forms of leadership are required to cope with and actively shape these complex changes. This one-year three-term program explores the realities of being an authentic leader in the 21st century, from making strategic decisions, managing people, performances and negotiating effectively, to operational and marketing management. Focusing on the development of critical thinking and executive skills, this program will give you the tools to be an effective leader and adapt to future changes in business.

The Master in Management explores the main components of business decision-making from both a theoretical and pragmatic perspective, helping participants to develop the competencies required to make the correct strategic choices.. Focusing on the development of critical-thinking and management skills, this program will teach candidates how to supply solutions to management challenges while developing their understanding of business practices.

Please note that the tuition fee depends on your chosen campus: 13,800 EUR per year in Barcelona; 28,800 CHF per year in Geneva and Montreux; or 13,800 EUR per year if you pursue the degree online.

 

About your studies during the coronavirus pandemic:

We are offering flexible study options for 2021 including online and on-campus study. We offer several start-dates throughout the academic year so that students can join us on campus when they can.

Our on-campus classes will be delivered using the on-campus hybrid learning approach from January 2021 with more time spent on campus, when permitted.
