Fully English-taught, University West’s one-year Master’s Programme in Manufacturing Engineering cooperates closely with industry, incorporating recent virtual methods, new materials and new manufacturing processes. Outstanding features include integration of real work situations and access to advanced manufacturing laboratories.
As a Manufacturing manufacturing Engineering engineering student, you will have access to the our Production Technology Centre (PTC) during your studies. PTC is one of the largest and newest most up to date manufacturing laboratories in Sweden.
The PTC has been in the field of manufacturing research for over 20 years. This collaborative platform offers a unique collection of manufacturing and related advanced industrial research technologies:
In this interdisciplinary learning environment, you’ll build knowledge across a broad range of engineering topics. An advantage of study at University West, you will also have easy access to the rich research environment in the PTC and PTW.
You’ll gain practical experience through assignments as well as group and individual projects in close collaboration with corporate leaders in the industry. The entire programme has been built through the collaboration of industry and researchers at University West. Every aspect is based on the real hiring needs of companies and research facilities in the industry.
The total programme is 60 credits per the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS).
