The Master’s programme in Industrial Engineering and Management provides students with the skills to apply advanced technological, managerial and analytical knowledge to smart manufacturing, supply chains and the optimisation of industrial processes.

Programme structure:

The programme focuses on advanced production systems, industrial management, process optimisation, and digitalisation. Students develop competencies in:

• leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making;
• production planning, process analysis, project management, and quality control;
• the use of MATLAB, SAP, Arena Simulation, and other industrial engineering tools;
• practical experience through an additional internship in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial management companies.

Students in the MA+ track can further specialise in areas such as digital transformation and deepen their expertise for leadership or research-oriented roles.
